Monday, July 22

Officer observed male walking down shoulder of County Road 81 and Interstate 94. The male appeared to be staggering as he walked. Officer stopped and checked on the subject who appeared to be intoxicated. Officer discovered the subject had an active warrant out of Hennepin County. David Gary McReynolds, 63, was transported to jail after being seen by North Ambulance for difficulty breathing.

Tuesday, July 23

Domestic assault involving a husband and wife at 23500 block of 141st Ave., with the wife allegedly slapping or punching her husband in his head or face. Amber Marie Bigelow, 27, was taken into custody and was transported down to Hennepin County Jail where she was booked on 5th Degree Domestic.

Crystal Police Detectives were in Rogers attempting to locate place of occurrence on a Criminal Sexual Contact case referred to them from Wright County Sheriff’s Office. Suspected place of occurrence for the incident which occurred first week of July 2013 is believed to be in Rogers. Victim in the case is a 6-year-old female.

Andrew Stephen Kelly, 35, was cited for expired license at Fletcher Lane and Valley View Terrace.

Wednesday, July 24

Dispatch advised of suspicious activity at E&A Products. The reporting party indicated that a male subject walked up to an open door of the business and stood in the doorway. When the reporting party asked if the subject needed help, the subject ran away, got onto a bicycle, and began riding westbound on CO RD 81. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the suspect. There was nothing damaged or taken from the area.

A twenty year old male entered Cabela’s with a loaded firearm. Party was advised by staff to take weapon outside and unload it. Party was later seen loading weapon up again in the back seat of their car. Officer’s checked area but could not locate suspect. Suspect vehicle registered to Medina address. Medina Police contacted and were requested to make contact with registered owner. Suspect party contacted, and stated he had bought a $200.00 bolt for his rifle and wanted to make sure it fit properly before leaving. Party wanted to make sure it worked inside the store, but was told by Cabela’s emplyees he would have to do it outside and couldn’t check it in the store.

Thursday, July 25

Kenneth Leroy Auginaush, 22, was cited for Driving After Revocation, No Motor Vehicle Insurance, and Warrant Arrest for Theft at Main Street.

Friday, July 26 

Officer responded to a driving complaint at Hassan Parkway and Territorial Road. Officer located the vehicle and the driver was arrested for 3rd Degree DWI. Stacy Ann Schullo, 49, was booked at the Rogers Police Department and released to a sober adult who agreed to care for her. Vehicle was impounded and may be released to the registered owner.

Saturday, July 27

Assisted Dayton Officer on a call of a suicidal man in the trailer park. Located the subject and he was transported to Maple Grove Hospital. The man admitted to drinking a bottle of vodka and taking a large handful of sleeping pills, and said he wanted to die.

Sunday, July 28

Officer assisted Minnesota State Patrol K9 Officer at I-94 and Main. Officer stood by while trooper conducted a vehicle search. Trooper asked officer to check the pockets of a subject . Officer patted down the subject after the subject gave his consent. Trooper cited driver after locating drug paraphernalia and substance believed to be marijuana.

Officer received a call of a domestic in the area of the Rogers high School. Officers found that the call was related to a previous runaway report. The juvenile runaway was located and there was no evidence of an assault. The juvenile was turned over to his parents and was transported to a hospital for an emergency evaluation for mental health issues and because of threats of suicide.
