APPLICATION FOR NEW OFF SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held by the Maple Grove City Council on Monday, August 19, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Maple Grove Government Center/Public Safety Facility, 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, to consider the application of an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Haskell’s, Inc. dba Haskell’s, 15304 Grove Circle, Maple Grove, Minnesota. If the said license was approved by the City Council it would be issued by the City Clerk upon approval by the Public Safety Liquor Control Division and would expire June 30, 2014.
The said public hearing will be held pursuant to the City of Maple Grove Ordinance Code, Chapter 4, Article I. Intoxicating Liquor and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor, Section 4-15. All persons who wish to be heard regarding the issuance of said license should be present and will have an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
