The Champlin City Council will meet Monday, July 22, in the council chambers.
There will be a council executive session at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Conference Room. On the agenda is an update on pending litigation and review of Prairie Meadows Development proposal.
The council will convene at 7 p.m. The consent agenda includes: massage therapy business license for Quiet Time Massage and an appointment to the Park and Recreation Commission. Under public hearings will be a resolution ordering White Oaks Trail Yard Improvements. New business includes: Prairie Meadows- Vera Street subdivision, conditional use permit for Harstad Property, bids for Reynolds Park project and a resolution accepting the bid and awarding the contract for the city-wide curb and catch basin improvements. There will be administrative presentations regarding the discussions of the 2013 Council/Staff Priorities and the 2018 Visioning Plan.
There will be a council work session immediately following the council meeting. On the agenda is discussing the 2014 General Operating Budget.
