The seventh annual Osseo Marching Band Festival brought many area bands to compete in a parade along the streets of Osseo. Six judges made up the panel that chose winning bands from Class A, AA and AAA. Winning from Class A was Henry Sibley. The Class AA winner was Waconia, with Champlin Park coming in second. The Class AAA winner was a tie between the 728 Cadets from Rogers/Elk River and the Mankato 77 Lancers. Both the Cadets and Lancers tied for the title of Co-Grand Champions. This is the first the festival has ever had a tie for the Grand Champion title.
