For four days life in Delano revolved around the annual Delano Fourth of July celebration. Events began July 3 at Delano Central Park and reached a dramatic climax with fireworks Saturday, July 6. Bands, a 5K run, food, baseball and softball tourneys, a patriot’s program, kiddie parade, coronation of Delano Royalty, carnival rides and more drew crowds to Delano. (Photos by Bill Nord)
