The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 1920 County Road 90 on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. to review the following requests:

CONSTRUCTION BID NOTICE
The City of Corcoran, MN is accepting construction bids for the development of an approximately 3500 square foot community center to be located on designated property located at 7800 Maple Hill Road, Corcoran MN through July 19, 2013.
The project is being developed with the assistance of a $225,000 Community Development Block Grant from the Federal Government and administered through Hennepin County. This project requires the winning bid to adhere to all Federal Wage determinations, Federal Wage decision, and Labor Standards set by the Federal Government.
