NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR WHITE OAKS TRAIL REAR YARD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO 21313
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Champlin City Council will meet at the Municipal Center located at 11955 Champlin Drive, on the 22nd day of July, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. for a Public Hearing for White Oaks Trail Rear Yard Drainage Improvements, Improvement Project No. 21313.
The general nature of the improvement is to construct a draintile along the common plat boundary between Engstrom’s White Oaks Addition and Elm Creek Courts and Clubs which has a poorly defined drainage swale with very little grade on clay soils. The estimated project cost is $10,000.
The areas to be assessed for said improvements pursuant to Minnesota State Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 are described below.
Five parcels that are within Engstrom’s White Oaks Addition, Section 31, Township 120, Range 21; and one parcel that is within Elm Creek Courts and Clubs, Section 31, Township 120, Range 21, City of Champlin, Hennepin County, Minnesota, consisting of parcels with the following parcel identification number:
