Arrests

On Sunday, June 23, a 2:49 p.m. on the 200 block of Hamel Rd., Michael Albert Lawrence, 23, of Panama City, Florida was arrested for Soliciting Without a License. He was released on $100 cash bail and given a court date.

Theft

On Wednesday, June 19, at 3:06 p.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Tr. there was a report of employee theft. The employee was taken into custody and released pending further investigation.

On Wednesday, June 19, a 9:26 p.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Tr., there was a report of employee theft. The employee was taken into custody and released pending formal charges.

Other

On Monday, June 17, at 6:43 a.m. on the 1300 block of Baker Park Rd., officer was advised that there was an individual sleeping in the woods. Individual said he was homeless and was trying o get to Royalton to stay with a family member. He was later transported to Buffalo.

On Monday, June 17, at 11:24 a.m. n the 4600 block of Bluebell Tr. N., there was a lockout. Vehicle was successfully unlocked.

On Monday, June 17, at 5:47 p.m. on the 2400 block of Holy Name Dr., there was a civil dispute about the location of a “for rent” sign. Parties were advised.  On Tuesday, June 18, at 9:31 at the same address, the landlord was advised that this was a civil issue and she would she would need to contact the civil division to get an order to allow her to show the apartment without the tenant’s consent.

On Tuesday, June 18, at 2:58 p.m. at Highway 55 and Pinto Dr., there was a report by a passerby of kids on bikes.  Officer was unable to locate.

On Wednesday, June 19 at 1:53 p.m. no the 4600 block of Brockton Lane, there was a report of a woodchuck destroying a foundation. Homeowner was provided a trap and was advised to call Medina Police if caught.
