VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2013, at 7:00 PM in the council chambers at city hall, 2052 County Road 24, Medina, MN 55340. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the vacation of certain drainage and utility easements on Lot 1, Block 2, Medina Clydesdale Marketplace. Vacation of the easements is proposed as a result of a relocation of a stormsewer pipe and is proposed to be contingent upon the city obtaining replacement easements over the new pipe location.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.

Notice is hereby given that the Corcoran Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 8200 County Road 116, on July 18, 2013 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Jeff Ophoven for an Interim Use Permit for a Conditional Home Occupation License on property located at 19315 County Road 30 (PID 12-119-23-42-0002). The request is to operate an outside storage business.
