Monday, June 17

Clinic at 14040 Northdale Blvd. had concerns over a patient who came in feeling dizzy. She was unwilling to take suggestions for transports to the hospital and was going to drive. Clinic felt it was a public safety concern for her to drive and called 911. Officers contacted subject in the parking lot, she was staggering and nearly fell. She was checked by paramedics and refused service – transport. Sergeant on duty transported subject to a neighbor who accepted responsibility after speaking with the subject’s husband. No further action. Husband is coming home early from work Tuesday, June 18.

Subject came into business at County Rd. 81 and recycled over $600 worth of newer appearing copper and brass fittings along with commercial grade large copper piping. Information received. Tri-County alert sent out-suspect involved is a current wanted fugitive.

Party called in on by Loss Prevention for theft at a business at 20200 Rogers Dr. Party was stopped and a range finder was taken off his person. Morgan Craighead Buie, 41, was cited and released for the misdemeanor theft.

Tuesday, June 18

Celtic Gene Foss, 22, was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance, at Main Street and I-94.

Arnold Lee Rodgers, 50, was cited for no license in possession and no proof of insurance.

Wednesday, June 19

Fed Ex delivered four Proto-type Clam Ice Houses to new construction site at 12135 Brockton Lane. An unknown individual forged the reporting party’s signature on the delivery form. The empty boxes were found at the construction site.

Brandon Edward Rose, 31, was cited for revoked driver’s license at Main Street and I-94.

Officers were dispatched to a male in the store at 21451 South Diamond Lake Rd. responsible for a previous drive off June 8. Officer located the suspect vehicle at a nearby parking lot and made contact. The male claimed he went in and paid for the gas June 8 and bought a pack of cigarettes. Officer reviewed the video which showed the male didn’t even go into the store. Officer cited and released John Boyd Hartley, 50, for theft.

Thursday, June 20

Officer was in the Hong Thai parking lot and observed a red Chevy pickup truck on northbound Main Street at John Deere Lane. The driver appeared to be going over the posted speed limit of 30 mph and was unreasonably accelerating. The truck had aftermarket exhaust which was very loud when accelerating. Joseph Jeffrey Siusta, 19, was cited for no seatbelt and verbal warned for loud exhaust, dangerous acceleration, more than one driver’s license in possession and suspended object from rear view mirror.

Officer received a traffic complaint for a vehicle that was all over the road, coming from the area of Territorial Road/Tucker Road. Officer stopped the vehicle at Rogers Drive/Commerce Blvd and arrested Stacy Ann Schullo, 49,  for DWI.  The car was impounded by Burdas Towing and the adult female driver was transported to the Hennepin County jail for booking.

Friday, June 21

Andrew Marie Bishop, 20, was cited for expired registration at I-94 and Main Street.

Officers were dispatched to a missing 7 year old female inside of Kohls. Management had positioned staff at entry/exit points but had not yet locked down. While en route Officers were advised the child had been located.

Saturday, June 22

Officers responded to a property damage crash at 13400 Rogers Dr. Officers discovered a semi tractor trailer ran into another semi tractor trailer that was legally parked in the parking lot. The parked semi had heavy front end damage. No injures were reported. A state accident report was completed and photo of the damage were obtained.

Step Father reporting missing child from his care at 21812 Sugar Lane. Mother was also in child’s care and both were out looking for 4 year old son. Son was located about 1/4 mile away from residence by another couple who found the boy running, crying and scared. Parents were brought to the child and were apologetic, crying, and obviously distraught. Counseled all parties and thanked the family for finding the child and keeping him safe until he could be reunited with his parents.

Officers received a traffic complaint of a male driving erratically at 13101 Main St. Justin Jeremy Van Brunt, 21, was arrested for 5th Degree possession of a controlled substance and 4th Degree DWI.

Sunday, June 23

Vehicle stopped with 5 occupants walking around closed business at 13725 Main St. that has had recent thefts. Cooler sitting outside vehicle and open container sitting in the unoccupied vehicle. Party that was talked to was of age, and said he had drank them earlier and didn’t want to litter. Advised verbally of criminal consequences. Party threw away of same in garbage and put the cooler in the vehicles trunk.

Officers responded to business at 14450 Northdale Blvd. in regards to a theft that occurred over the weekend. Upon arrival officers discovered several trucks were entered and two-way radios were removed.
