JULY 2 — Camp Arbor is a free, fun and educational weekly morning camp for children ages 3-10 at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes’ central courtyard Arbor Park. Events take place between 10:30 and 11:15 a.m. and features: interactive, educational activity for children; complimentary face painting and snacks and special offers from participating stores and restaurants. A Petting Zoo featuring fun and furry baby animals will be Tuesday, July 2. Schedule is tentative and subject to change. Activities are offered while supplies last. JULY 8 — The North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce’s 31st Annual Golf Tournament will take place Monday, July 8, at the TPC- Twin Cities Golf Course, 11444 Tournament Players Parkway in Blaine. JULY 9 — The annual Osseo Concerts in the Park will feature the Teddy Bear Band and the Movies in the Park will feature “Pitch Perfect,” Tuesday, July 9. All events are free and take place in Boerboom Veterans park, across from Osseo City Hall, 415 Central Ave. Concerts in the Park begin at 7 p.m. and Movies in the Park begin at 8:30 p.m. People should bring a blanket or lawn chair to sit on.

JULY 13 — The Maple Grove Critical Thinking Discussion Group will present “The Origins of Greed” with Laurie Wolfe, psychology faculty, Anoka Ramsey Community College and Nirav Sheth, meditation teacher, Hindu Temple Saturday, July 13, from 9:45 to 11:30 a.m. at the Hindu Temple Community Center, 10530 Troy Lane N.
