The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of June 10:

Zachary CharlesClemons, 21, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced June 6 for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days jail, $200 fine; 80 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no contact with victim or victim’s residence, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.

Dustin Loren Mahler, 30, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced June 7 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 24 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Dakota Michael Merges, 24, of HAMEL was sentenced June 10 for felony first degree DWI and gross misdemeanor driving restrictions to a stay of execution for seven years, serve 180 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, attend a support group and verify attendance, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, stay out of establishments where alcohol is primary means of business, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession firearms or dangerous weapons, submit to random searches, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 90 days jail, consecutive. Sentenced for probation violations for second degree DWI to 90 days jail, consecutive. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Phillip John Nichols, 27, of ROCKFORD was sentenced June 10 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 335 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support groups and verify attendance, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, serve 60 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.

Michael Richard Stine, 21, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced June 6 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor theft to 15 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
