Wright County Attorney’s report

The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of May 27:

Christopher De-JonEllis, 23, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced May 23 for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 320 days, $2,900 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 45 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, complete cognitive skills program and follow all recommendations, provide DNA, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge McPherson.

Nathan Ellis Packer, 31, of ROCKFORD was sentenced May 29 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor criminal damage to property in the third degree to 90 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Karl Lee Raymond, 40, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced May 28 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 362 days, $2,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve three days jail, pay $1,000 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired drivers, complete 40 hours community service, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Christopher Jon Resner, 40, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced May 28 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,400 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $600 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program and follow all recommendations, attend Awareness Panel for Impaired Drivers, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Lamar Louise Rhoden, 36, of ROCKFORD was May 28 the charge of gross misdemeanor domestic assault was dismissed.

Joshua Paul Shusta, 32, of ROCKFORD was sentenced May 22 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $200 fine; 357 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve eight days jail, pay $200 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 22 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
