A celebration of life for Thomas Warren Good, 70, of Mound will be Saturday, June 8, 2013, Lord Fletcher’s, 3746 Sunset Drive in Spring Park, MN 55384. Open house begins at 1 p.m. with a tribute at 2 p.m.
Mr. Good died Saturday, May 25, 2013, from a long journey with Alzheimer’s. He was born Feb. 5, 1943, in Minneapolis. His parents were Kenneth and Helen Good (Anderson).
He served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic on the USS Saratoga from 1966-1968.
He was united in marriage to Gail (Samsa) Good in February of 1989 in Minneapolis. They have resided in Mound, MN for 25+ years.
His career was in Tool and Product Engineering. He worked at ADC Telecommunications, Rollerblade INC., General Pattern and Tonka Toys.
Mr. Good enjoyed the outdoors and loved to travel.
He is survived by his wife, Gail (Samsa) Good; children, Nicole Byler of Inver Grove Heights and Ryan Good (Andrea) of Golden Valley; sister, Judie Harrison of Fairbanks, Alaska; brother, Kenneth Good (Bonnie) of Excelsior; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org) in lieu of flowers.
