NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Osseo, Minnesota will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 415 Central Avenue at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, June 17, 2013 to consider among other items a request of the applicant, Chris Williamson, for a conditional use permit at 32 4th Street Northwest and 316 1st Avenue Northwest to operate a firearm range, attached firearm retail and classrooms space. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held by the Maple Grove City Council on Monday, June 17, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Maple Grove Government Center/Public Safety Facility, 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, to consider the application of an on-sale/Sunday sale intoxicating liquor license for Saboroso, Inc. dba Rodizio Grill, 12197 Elm Creek Boulevard, Maple Grove, Minnesota. If the said license were approved by the City Council it would be issued by the City Clerk upon approval by the Public Safety Liquor Control Division and would expire June 30, 2014.

MEETING: A closed special meeting of the School Board was held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 in conference room N10 of the Educational Service Center. Chairperson Henke called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL: The following School Board members were present: Chairperson Dean Henke, Directors Teresa Lunt, Tammie Epley, Jim Burgett, Jacki Girtz and Linda Etim. The following Administrators were present: Laurel Anderson, Judy McDonald, Janet Thomas-Bouyer, Kim Riesgraf and Superintendent Kate Maguire.
PURPOSE OF MEETING: The meeting was held for the purpose of labor negotiations. A tape recording will be available to the public after all labor contracts are signed for the current budget period.
ADJOURNMENT: At 7:47 p.m. Chairperson Henke adjourned the meeting.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Maple Grove will meet in the Council Chambers at Maple Grove Government Center, 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, at 7:30 P.M. on the 17th day of June, 2013, and one of the matters on the agenda for said evening to be scheduled at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as it is reasonable and practical will be a public hearing to consider the vacation of the utility easement described as follows:
