The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of April 22:

Sara Jean Anderson, 26, of MONTROSE was sentenced April 18 for probation violations for felony check forgery to 180 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Brian George Condon, 46, of DELANO was sentenced April 22 for gross misdemeanor second degree refusal to submit to testing to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 350 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Homer Shane Drossard, 43, of ROCKFORD was sentenced April 18 for misdemeanor violation of no contact order to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 86 days, $1,000 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve four days jail, pay $75 public defender co-payment, obtain permission before leaving the state, continue with counseling, remain medically compliant, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Lori Ann Schmidt, 48, of ROCKFORD was sentenced April 23 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 90 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Corey Richard Thompson, 31, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced April 23 for gross misdemeanor drivers’ licenses-driving restrictions to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 345 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 20 days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 20 days jail, concurrent. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
