CALL TO ORDER – A regular meeting of the Independent School District 279 School Board was held on Tuesday, April 9, 2013, in the Board Room at the Educational Service Center. Chairperson Henke called the meeting to order at 8:08 PM.
ROLL CALL – The following members were present: Board members Dean Henke, Tammie Epley, Jim Burgett, Teresa Lunt, Jacki Girtz, Linda Etim and Superintendent Dr. Kate Maguire.

BID SECURITY: A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Osseo shall accompany each bid.
OWNER’S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
