DWIs

Corcoran Police reported a DWI arrest Saturday, April 20 at 5:24 p.m. at County Rd. 116 and County Rd. 30. Arrested was Stacy Rae Wargin, 48, of Corcoran for probable cause of 3rd Degree Gross Misd DWI, pending urine test results.

The department reported a DWI arrest Saturday, April 20 at 11:23 p.m. at County Rd. 116 and County Rd. 117. Arrested was Merle Melvin Moe, 64, of Otsego for probable cause of 4th Degree Misd DWI, pending urine test results.

Arrests

The department reported a warrant arrest Tuesday, April 16 at 4:17 p.m. at County Rd. 10 & County Rd. 101. Arrested was Michael Jeffery Evjen, 18, of Corcoran for an outstanding Hennepin County Warrant.

The department reported a narcotics arrest Friday, April 19 at 8:53 p.m. at County Rd. 10 and Maple Hill Rd. Arrested was Thomas Kevin Saengchant, 19, of Albertville for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The department reported a narcotics arrest Friday, April 19 at 8:53 p.m. at County Rd. 10 and Maple Hill Rd. Arrested was Travis John Theisen, 19, of Albertville for possession of drug paraphernalia and for an equipment violation.

The department reported a narcotics arrest Friday, April 19 at 8:53 p.m. at County Rd. 10 and Maple Hill Rd. Arrested was Nathan Tawattxay Phrachomphonh, 24, of The department for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Benton County Felony Warrant.

The department reported a DAR arrest Friday, April 19 at 11:31 p.m. at 76XX Maple Hill Rd. Arrested was Erika Patricia Delgado Rios, 35, of Corcoran for driving after revocation of her driver’s license.

The department reported a DAR arrest Saturday, April 20 at 8:34 p.m. at County Rd. 101 and County Rd. 10. Arrested was Nestor Jimenez-Lino, 36, of Minneapolis for The department reported a possession arrest Saturday, April 20 at 9:31 p.m. at County Rd. 116 and County Rd. 10. Arrested was a juvenile male, 17, of Victoria, MN for possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.

Theft

Theft of snowmobile was reported Tuesday, April 16 at 9:57 a.m. in the 75XX block of County Rd. 116. The reporting party stated that sometime after April 1 their snowmobile was stolen from a shed on the property. The report has been forwarded to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office for investigation. The snowmobile has been entered in as stolen.

Medicals

The department responded to a medical emergency Saturday, April 20 at 1:05 a.m. in the 97XX block of County Rd. 101. A 27 year old male was unconscious. The patient was transported to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale by North Ambulance.

Miscellaneous

The department responded to a report of a suspicious act on Monday, April 15 at 4:54 p.m. in the 77XX block of Corcoran Tr. W. The reporting party stated there was someone coming and going at a vacant property in the area. The officer arrived on scene and found property management personnel working on the property. The reporting party was advised.

The department responded to a report of suspicious phone calls on Thursday, April 18 at 5:39 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party wanted to report that their spouse had received three phone calls from someone claiming to be an attorney. The person on the phone advised the spouse that if they didn’t show up at the court house on Friday morning, there would be a warrant out for their arrest. The person on the phone refused to identify themselves to the reporting party. The reporting party contacted their attorney and their attorney advised there is nothing on file nor is there a warrant out on the spouse.

The department responded to a report of a civil issue on Saturday, April 20 at 9:32 a.m. in the area of County Rd. 10 and Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party advised they were at their ex’s residence to pick up their daughter for the weekend. The ex refused to let the daughter go with the reporting party. The Officer was given a copy of the custody information from the court. The Officer advised the reporting party to return to court to update the custody information to resolve this issue in the future. The reporting party left the daughter with the ex to avoid further conflict.

The department responded to a report of a disturbance on Sunday, April 21 at 2:39 a.m. in the 97XX block of County Rd. 101. The reporting party stated a party bus dropped off a bunch of drunk people. The people were urinating in the parking lot and throwing trash around. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the parties. The parties cleaned up the debris in the parking lot and called cabs to drive them home. The reporting party was advised.
