Wright County Attorney’s report

The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of April 1:

Leo Philip Bauman, 47, of DELANO was sentenced April 4 for felony possession of pornographic work to a stay of imposition for five years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete a sex offender treatment program and follow all recommendations, provide DNA sample, register as a sex offender, have no contact with victim or victim’s family, pay restitution, submit to a polygraph, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of pornography, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no use or access to the internet without approval, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced for two additional charges of  felony possession of pornography to 30 days jail, concurrent. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Aaron Arthur John Bethke, 31, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced April 3 for interfere with a 911 call to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 86 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve 4 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete Wright County Batterer’s Program and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Brandon Lee Dick, 27, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced April 1 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 335 days stated for three years on conditions of probation, serve 30 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 60 days on electronic home monitoring, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Bridget Calla Isenberg, 23, of LORETTO was sentenced April 3 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $125 fine; 350 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $125 fine plus law library fee, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Jacob Andrew Lerum, 25, of DELANO was sentenced April 2 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 90 days jail. Sentenced for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $300 fine; 355 days stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, consecutive, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo a chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, attend a support group, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Phillip John Nichols, 26, of ROCKFORD was sentenced April 2 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 365 days jail, $100 fine; 362 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve three days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Jessica Marie Olson, 32, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced April 4 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $3,000 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, remain medically compliant, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Elizabeth Ann Pacheco, 32, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced March 29 for probation violations for check forgery to one year and one day prison. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.
