Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated March 29, 2002. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Cheryl L. Linden, whose address is 9796 Valley Forge Ln, Maple Grove, Minnesota 55369, to serve as the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the decedent.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held by the Maple Grove City Council on Monday, April 15, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at the Maple Grove Government Center/Public Safety Facility, 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, to consider the application of an on-sale/Sunday sale intoxicating liquor license for Arellano LLC dba Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant, 16314 County Road 30, Maple Grove, Minnesota. If the said license were approved by the City Council it would be issued by the City Clerk upon approval by the Public Safety Liquor Control Division and would expire June 30, 2013.
The said public hearing will be held pursuant to the City of Maple Grove Ordinance Code, Chapter 4, Article I. Intoxicating Liquor and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor, Section 4-15. NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Public Information Meeting on the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013, at 6:00 p.m., in the Community Center at Osseo City Hall, 415 Central Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to present and discuss the City’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). Information will be presented and discussed regarding the activities the City has been and will be engaging in as a result of implementing the SWPPP. Items that will be discussed include: the SWPPP, status of compliance regarding Permit Conditions, progress toward achieving measurable goals, and planned activities for the next year. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hennepin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting written public comment on the Hennepin County Consortium Draft 2013 Action Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in May 2013. The Hennepin County Consortium includes all cities in suburban Hennepin County.
Purpose: The 2013 Action Plan will guide the use of approximately $5.7 million in funding for housing and community development activities in suburban Hennepin County: $3.8 million through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), $1.7 million through HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and $189,000 through the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG).
Written Comment: Written comments will be accepted for 30 days beginning April 5, 2013, and ending May 6, 2013. Written comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., May 6, 2013, and addressed to Kevin Dockry, Manager, Housing Development and Finance, Hennepin County Housing, Community Works and Transit Department, 701 Fourth Avenue South, Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Written comments received by May 6 will receive a written response. A copy of the comment letter and the county’s response will be included in the documents submitted to HUD.
The draft 2013 Action Plan will be available April 5, 2013 on the county’s website homepage under “Notices” (www.hennepin.us). Copies of the plans will also be available for review at the suburban Hennepin County Regional Libraries (Brookdale, Ridgedale, and Southdale) until May 6, 2013. If you would like a copy of the draft plan and/or amendment, or you have questions, please contact the Hennepin County Department of Housing, Community Works and Transit at 612-348-9260.
Public Hearing: Additionally, a Public Hearing on the 2013 Action Plan will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at the Public Works, Energy and Environment Committee meeting of the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners (Hennepin County Government Center, A2400, 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis).
