NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of the mortgage dated December 13, 2000, executed by Lynette I. Boyer and Donald E. Boyer, wife and husband, as mortgagors, to TCF National Bank, a national banking association, as mortgagee, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Wright County, Minnesota, on January 5, 2001, as Document No. 729061, which mortgage conveyed and mortgaged the following described property, situated in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, which property has a street address of 8026 Oday Avenue, Otsego, Minnesota 55330, and tax identification number 118-036-001120:
Section 21, Township 121, Range 23, Lot 12, Block 1, Walesch Estates, County of Wright, Township of Otsego, State of Minnesota
That the original principal amount secured by said mortgage was $24,700.00; that there has been compliance with any condition precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by said mortgage and foreclosure of said mortgage required by said mortgage, any note secured thereby, or any statute; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt remaining secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; that there is claimed to be due upon said mortgage and is due thereon at the date of this notice, the sum of $22,960.91 in principal and interest.
That by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the said mortgage will be foreclosed by the sale of the above described premises with appurtenances, which said sale will be made by the Sheriff of Wright County, Minnesota, at the Sheriff’s office in the Law Enforcement Center, 3800 Braddock Avenue Northeast, Buffalo, Minnesota, on April 23, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, to pay the amount then due on said mortgage, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law, in accordance with the provisions of said mortgage. The time allowed by law for redemption by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns, is six (6) months from the date of said sale.

HENNEPIN COUNTY
PUBLIC COMMENT SOLICITED and
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hennepin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting written public comment on the Hennepin County Consortium Draft 2013 Action Plan, which will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in May 2013. The Hennepin County Consortium includes all cities in suburban Hennepin County.
Purpose: The 2013 Action Plan will guide the use of approximately $5.7 million in funding for housing and community development activities in suburban Hennepin County: $3.8 million through the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), $1.7 million through HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and $189,000 through the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG).
Written Comment: Written comments will be accepted for 30 days beginning April 5, 2013, and ending May 6, 2013. Written comments must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., May 6, 2013, and addressed to Kevin Dockry, Manager, Housing Development and Finance, Hennepin County Housing, Community Works and Transit Department, 701 Fourth Avenue South, Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Written comments received by May 6 will receive a written response. A copy of the comment letter and the county’s response will be included in the documents submitted to HUD.
The draft 2013 Action Plan will be available April 5, 2013 on the county’s website homepage under “Notices” (www.hennepin.us). Copies of the plans will also be available for review at the suburban Hennepin County Regional Libraries (Brookdale, Ridgedale, and Southdale) until May 6, 2013. If you would like a copy of the draft plan and/or amendment, or you have questions, please contact the Hennepin County Department of Housing, Community Works and Transit at 612-348-9260.
Public Hearing: Additionally, a Public Hearing on the 2013 Action Plan will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at the Public Works, Energy and Environment Committee meeting of the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners (Hennepin County Government Center, A2400, 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis).

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 10 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CORCORAN CITY CODE
Section 1070.020 of Chapter 10 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Corcoran City Code is hereby amended to allow a simplified process for approval of an amendment to an existing conditional use permit.
A printed copy of the entire amended Section 1070.020 of Chapter 10 is available for inspection by any person at City Hall during the City Clerk’s regular office hours.
