Caller reports that a white male, early 20’s, 6 feet tall, with brown, curly or fluffy hair, has been seen on numerous occasions walking across the street from the Sugar Maple Apartments and then on to her deck, where he takes cigarette butts from an ashtray. Caller usually only smokes them half-way, and puts them out. She is less concerned that he takes the items, more concerned about her privacy and the fact the he is so bold he comes right up on the deck. She was going to post the deck “No Trespassing,” and call if the subject returns.
