Wright County Attorney’s report

The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of March 4:

Mercedes Aguilar, 46, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced March 4 for misdemeanor failure to stop for school bus to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 90 days, $900 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Joshua Scott Dugstad, 20, of ROCKFORD was sentenced March 7 for burglary in the fourth degree to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 305 days, $2,700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 60 days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, pay $75 public defender co-payment, pay restitution, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo a psychiatric evaluation and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, provide DNA sample, obtain permission before leaving the state, have no same or similar violations. Thomas Paul Murphy, 47, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced March 6 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Jenny Esther Patnode, 28, of CORCORAN was sentenced March 8 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 362 days, $2,100 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve three days jail, pay $900 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, attend MADD panel, serve two days on electronic home monitoring, remain medically compliant, have no same or similar violations. Dale Francis Schmidt, 43, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced March 8 for misdemeanor fourth degree DWI to 90 days jail, $1,000 fine; 88 days, $700 stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve two days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level I driving program, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

Matthew Dylan Sisneros, 34, of DELANO was sentenced March 7 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor indecent exposure to 30 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

Wayne Thomas Winkelman, 60, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced March 5 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI to 60 days jail. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.
