Corcoran Police reported a DAR arrest Sunday, March 10 at 7:21 p.m. at Bass Lake Rd. and Nottingham Parkway N. Arrested was Christopher Michael Good, 33, of Rockford for driving after revocation of his driver’s license.
The department responded to a medical emergency Sunday, March 10 at 1:59 p.m. in the 227XX block of Strehler Rd. A 37 year old male had slipped getting out of a Bobcat and injured his back. The patient was transported to North Memorial Medical Center by North Ambulance.
The department responded to a report of a traffic complaint on Monday, March 4 at 1:56 p.m. in the area of 78XX Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated they have observed many violations when the stop arm is extended on the school bus in the afternoons. Officers are performing extra patrol in the area.
The department responded to a report of a neighbor issue on Monday, March 4 at 10:51 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated they were cleaning off their vehicle when their neighbor started yelling and threatening them. The Officer spoke with the neighbor and they said they were upset that the reporting party had blocked their garbage can in so the trash company couldn’t get to it, but they denied threatening the reporting party. Officers calmed the parties down and they both agreed to stay indoors for the rest of the night.
The department responded to a report of a civil issue on Wednesday, March 6 at 8:28 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party had questions about child custody and court orders. The Officer answered their questions and advised court orders would be enforced.
The department responded to a report of a possible drunk driver getting on a snowmobile on Thursday, March 7 at 3:13 p.m. in the 97XX block of County Rd. 101. The Officer arrived in the area and was unable to locate the person/snowmobile in question.
The department responded to a report of a possible fight on Thursday, March 7 at 3:34 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated they thought there were several juveniles fighting. The parties were gone on the Officers’ arrival.
The department responded to a report of a domestic on Thursday, March 7 at 4:51 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party stated their husband had been drinking and took their vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and the residents had not called police and no domestic occurred. No one at the residence knew the reporting party and when the Officers called back the phone number given to dispatch, they did not know who the reporting party was either. The call was unfounded.
The department responded to a report of a drunk person on Saturday, March 9 at 12:04 a.m. in the 97XX block of County Rd. 101. The reporting party stated there was a younger male with short hair staggering around in dark colored clothing. Officers arrived in the area and were unable to locate the person in question.
The department responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Sunday, March 10 at 12:57 a.m. in the area of County Rd. 116 and Schutte Rd. The Officer was out patrolling and observed a lone vehicle stopped/parked in the lane of traffic. The Officer approached the vehicle and spoke with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. The driver advised they liked to drive around the area. The Officer advised them to move on.
The department responded to a report of an assist to Maple Grove PD on an attempt to locate a person on Sunday, March 10 at 4:06 p.m. in the area of 66th Ave. The Officer was requested to look for a vehicle for Maple Grove PD. The person had fled their city. The Officer located the vehicle and took the driver into custody. The Officer turned the person over to the Maple Grove Police Department.
