The following public safety summary information from the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Unit is provided to residents as a public service. These highlights from Feb. 19 through Feb. 24, 2013, do not reflect all incidents handled or investigated by the HCSO during this time period.
In addition to the law enforcement services it provides throughout the county, the HCSO provides primary patrol services for the communities of Hassan Township, Greenfield, Medicine Lake and Fort Snelling, as well as the Hennepin County portions of Hanover and Rockford.
On Feb. 19, deputies responded to an address on the 18500 block of Robinson Street to assist Dayton PD with a domestic. The male was found to have an active felony warrant out of Wright County. Dayton PD arrested the male for the warrant. No other action was needed.
On Feb. 20, deputies responded to an address on the 6000 block of Raven Ridge Court for a medical. A 27-year-old male suffered a medical condition and was incoherent. North ambulance arrived and transported him to North Memorial Hospital.
On Feb. 20, deputies responded to an address on the 5400 block of Town Hall Drive for a report of furnace fire. Loretto Fire arrived and determined there was no fire.
On Feb. 21, deputies responded to an address on the 8000 block of Highway 55 for a theft from auto report. The owner reported his plow pump had been stolen from his vehicle. A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigating this incident.
On Feb. 24, deputies responded to an address on the 29900 block of 109th Ave. N. for a medical. The homeowners 6-month-old son was having difficulty breathing. North ambulance arrived and transported him to North Memorial Hospital.
During the week of Feb. 19 to Feb. 24, 2013, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies also issued or provided: five citations.
