Editor’s Note: the following includes some but not nearly all of the calls reported by Rogers police from Monday, Feb. 4, through Monday, Feb. 11.

Monday, Feb. 4

Good samaritan observed a male removing the front and rear plates from a vehicle parked in the Northwest Family Physicians parking lot. He continued observation as the suspect drove to a fuel bay at Holiday gas station across the street, fueled and left the parking lot recklessly. The suspect vehicle went through a red light westbound John Milless Drive onto northbound Hwy. 101. Confirmed with the gas station theft of $28.38 in fuel. Additional information was obtained to possibly identify the occupants and/or vehicle. The incident is under investigation.

Tuesday, Feb. 5

Officer dispatched along with Maple Grove PD to a crash/rollover eastbound I-94 between Rogers and Maple Grove Parkway. Found single car rollover eastbound just west of County Rd. 81, driver was out of vehicle no apparent injuries. Debris from rollover into cable barrier was sent into westbound I-94 lanes causing a secondary one car crash westbound.

Horatio W. Hardy, 25, was cited for following too close during a two-car crash at Brockton Lane and County Rd. 81.

Joshua Harley Goodall, 32, was arrested for multiple warrants from multiple counties at 14200 block of Jodis Drive.

Wednesday, Feb. 6

Daniel Brian Goga, 52, was cited for impeding traffic at I-94 and Main Street.

Lisa Marie Olson, 48, was cited for expired license at Main Street and Territorial Road.

Jordan Ponce Erickson, 29, was cited for driving after suspension and stop sign violation.

Thursday, Feb. 7

Maria Patrocinio Risk, 55, was cited for misuse of a handicap permit at 19850 South Diamond Lake Rd.

A Rogers Officer was dispatched to a call involving theft from a resident’s mailbox at 14800 block of Brockton Lane.  The caller stated that sometime from Feb. 2 to Feb. 5, someone stole the mail from his mailbox.  The caller reported that he was missing important financial statements and a check.  He was provided with crime victim information and advice related to identity theft protection.  A police report was completed.  There are no suspects at this time.

Andrew Scott Wilmot, 19, was cited for small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle at South Diamond Lake Road and Main Street.

Friday, Feb. 8

Alex Michael Nelson, 18, was cited for paraphernalia at 21550 South Diamond Lake Rd.

Saturday, Feb. 9

Jason Andrew Rykal, 42, was cited for 3rd degree DWI at 21410 136th Ave.

Gremon Mearon Diggines, 33, was arrested for domestic at Interstate 94.

Arik Lee Anderson, 31, was arrested for prior no insurance and revoked license at Circle Lane and Starlite. Driver was transported to Hennepin County Jail for Gross Misdemeanor No Insurance.

Sunday, Feb. 10

Derrick Leron Charleston, 23, was cited for driving after revocation at South Diamond Lake Road and Main Street.

Monday, Feb. 11

Brian Douglas Pederson, 20, was cited for expired registration at Rogers Drive and South Diamond Lake Road.

Property maintenance employee at 19875 South Diamond Lake Rd. witnessed a suspicious male holding a pipe wrench on the south end of the building near the standoff valve. When he parked his vehicle to investigate the male, the male suspect quickly got into a silver Buick LaSabre and left. Missing are four brass caps off the standoff valve. Officer has requested loss information from the property manager. The employee did obtain the MN LIC plate which matched the described vehicle. An attempt to locate the vehicle was broadcast to metro LE agencies. Currently this is an open investigation.
