Yellow Tree production
NOW TO FEB. 24 — Yellow Tree Theatre, 320 Fifth Ave. in Osseo, is set to produce a new play, “Circle Mirror Transformation,” by one of the most successful young playwrights in the country. Performances run Feb. 1 through 24. In the play, four characters count to ten, hula hoop, and pretend to be stuffed animals as their acting instructor of questionable accreditation cheers them on. As the acting exercises become more bizarre and seemingly pointless true identities are exposed, hearts are torn apart, and dreams crumble in this deeply sad yet strikingly moving story. Visit yellowtreetheatre.com for more information.
