Quilt exhibit coming to Delano Library
The Delano Calico Quilters and the Friends of the Delano Public Library will sponsor a quilt exhibit during February. They invite anyone who is a quilter to display his or her work. To enter the exhibit, bring up to two items to the library at 160 Railroad Ave. E., by Friday, Feb. 1. Fill out a form at the checkout desk for each item.
The exhibit will open Tuesday, Feb. 5, with an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. Quilters will demonstrate their work and answer questions. Coffee and cookies will be served. Quilts will remain on display for three weeks.
