Arrests and Citations

On Friday, Jan. 4, at 7:56 p.m. at Clydesdale Tr. and Highway 55, Scott Charles Gendreau, 49, of Plymouth was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .16.

On Saturday, Jan. 5, at 12:52 a.m. on the 600 block of Hamel Rd., Timothy Carl Harrer, 25, was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .17.

 

Theft

On Monday, Dec. 31, at 2:18 p.m. on the 1400 block of Baker Park Rd., there was a report of fraudulent charges on a resident’s checking account.

On Friday, Jan. 4, at 5:13 p.m. on the 3900 block of Arrowhead Dr., theft of wire was reported.

On Thursday, Jan. 10, at 6:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Medina St., Loretto, threw as a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered a few blocks away.

 

Other

On Tuesday, Jan. 1, at 12:42 p.m. on the 100 block of Mallard Lane, Loretto, there was an anonymous call about barking dogs. Officer was unable to locate barking dogs.

On Wednesday, Jan. 2, at 11:02 p.m. there was a report of a fox that appeared to be injured in the roadway. Officer arrived and saw the animal walk away and stand off the roadway.

On Thursday, Jan. 3, at 7:30 p.m. on the 4500 block of Willow Dr., officer responded to a call about flames coming out of a chimney. The reporting party shut the damper. The Loretto Fire Department also responded and checked out the chimney, not seeing any further problem.

On Friday, Jan. 4, at 3:12 p.m. on the 2700 block of Willow Dr., a resident reported that a car hit a stray cat. The animal was taken to the Long Lake Vet Clinic.

On Saturday, Jan. 5, at 1:22 p.m. on the 3100 block of Birch Ave., owner reported missing female calico cat with facial surgery had gone missing. The cat’s name is Sally.

On Sunday, Jan. 6, at 5:09 p.m. on the 200 block of Cherry Hill Trail, damage to a fence was reported.

On Saturday, Jan. 5, at 10:38 p.m. n the 1600 block of Medina Rd., there was a report that a resident had received a threatening voicemail on a personal cell phone, possibly a misdial.

On Monday, Jan. 7, at 3:03 a.m. at County Rd. 19 and Maple St., there was a “verbal” domestic.

On Tuesday, Jan. 8, at 6:27 p.m. on the 3900 block of Wild Meadows Dr., a homeowner reported that there was a domesticated type chicken on her front porch. She brought it inside so dogs wouldn’t destroy it and later released it to its owner.

On Tuesday, Jan. 8, at 7:47 p.m. on the 3500 block of Pioneer Tr., a resident reported that a small black hatchback car drove into his driveway and a male knocked on his door. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle or driver.

On Wednesday, Jan. 9, at 3:58 p.m. on the 200 block of Cherry Hill Trail, there was report of a barking dog, an ongoing issue.
