The following public safety summary information from the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Unit is provided to residents as a public service. These highlights from Jan. 7 through Jan. 13, 2013, do not reflect all incidents handled or investigated by the HCSO during this time period.
In addition to the law enforcement services it provides throughout the county, the HCSO provides primary patrol services for the communities of Hassan Township, Greenfield, Medicine Lake and Fort Snelling, as well as the Hennepin County portions of Hanover and Rockford.
On Jan. 9, deputies responded to an address on the 11200 block of French Lake Road to assist Dayton PD with a medical for a 66-year-old female. The female was located and transported by ambulance to the hospital for an evaluation hold. No other action was needed.
On Jan. 12, deputies responded to an address on the 7900 block of Hwy. 55 for a report of a physical domestic outside the business. The suspect and victim were gone when deputy arrived. The employee did not have any description of vehicle. No other action was needed.
On Jan. 9, deputies responded to an address on the 22400 block of 129th Place N. to assist Rogers PD in an attempt on a warrant arrest. The 27-year-old male was not located at the residence. Deputies cleared.
On Jan. 11, deputies responded to a business on the 7500 block of Hwy. 55 for a report of gas drive off. The employee was unable to get enough suspect information to determine who the suspect was. A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigating the incident.
During the week of Jan. 7 to Jan. 13, 2013, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies also issued or provided: three citations, three alarms and two motorist assists.
