The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of Jan. 7:
Blaine Thomas Nelson, 39, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced Jan. 7 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $900 fine; 350 days stayed for four years on conditions of probation, serve 15 days jail, pay $900 fine plus surcharges, complete intensive supervision program and follow all recommendations, attend a support group, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Strand.
