Arrests & Citations

On Monday, Dec. 24, at 12:34 a.m. at St. Peter St. and Lorenz St., Loretto, officer responded to a noise complaint. Noise was coming from two suspicious vehicles parked in a “No Parking” zone. Driver, Veronica Villarreal-Archibeque, 20, of Buffalo was arrested for DWI with a BAC of s10. Passenger was cited for Open Bottle.

On Thursday, Dec. 27, at 1:20 a.m. at Brockton Rd., and Hamel Rd., Alexis Rebecca Larsen, 18, of Plymouth was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .18. Adam Christopher Suhr, 18, of Plymouth was cited for Underage Consumption.

On Friday, Dec. 28, at 6:20 p.m. on the 3000 block of Hunter Dr., Lindsay Lauren Peterson, 20, of Plymouth was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Alcohol. Mallory Heath Wllkerson, 20, of Minnetonka was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Small Amount of Marijuana.

On Friday, Dec. 28, at 8:30 p.m. at Highway 55 and Willow Dr., Carleen Marie Mclain, 28, of Plymouth was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .16.

Theft

On Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 4:55 p.m. on the 4600 block of County Rd. 11, a party reported that 100 square bales of hay had been taken from a shed, valued at $7 per bale.

Other

On Monday, Dec. 24, at 9:32 a.m. on the 4100 block of Chippewa Rd., a missing person was reported. The female was found to have gone to Mystic Lake Casino.

On Monday, Dec. 24, at 9:29 p.m. on the 300 block of Clydesdale Tr., there was a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer arrived and located a limo parked in the south end of the lot. The driver stated that he was early and waiting to pick up a client.

On Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 10:04 a.m. on the 200 block of Cherry Hill Lane, there was damage reported to a fence on a resident’s backyard. This is an ongoing issue with people cutting through the resident’s property to get to Target and other businesses.

On Tuesday, Dec. 25, at 10:50 p.m. at County Rd. 24 and Homestead Tr., officer observed two males trying to change a flat tire. Officer transported the vehicle’s owner to his residence so he could get additional tools.

On Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 12:13 a.m. on the 100 block of Sunrise Ct., there was a report of a suspicious vehicle in a neighbor’s driveway. Upon arrival, the homeowner exited a limo and told the officer that she had lost her keys and was waiting for some with extra keys to let her in.

On Wednesday, Dec. 26, at 1:48 p.m. on the 600 block of Shawnee Woods Rd., there was a report of a vehicle parked on the roadway and an individual walking the golf course. Contact was made with the individual who had permission to trap pest coyotes.

On Thursday, Dec. 27, at 7:58 a.m. on the 100 block of Medina St., Loretto, a welfare check was conducted and all was well.

On Saturday, Dec. 29, at 10:40 a.m. at Highway 55 and County Rd. 24, an officer was dispatched to a complaint of a vehicle headed east on Highway 55 from County Rd. 19 as “bouncing” between the lines. Officer stopped the vehicle for an obstructed real plate. The driver admitted to drinking the night before and was advised of his reported driving conduct and warned about driving after drinking heavily the night before.

On Sunday, Dec. 30, at 12:05 a.m. on the 500 block of Highway 55, an individual attending a concert was escorted out for reportedly pushing patron near the stage area. Todd Elliot Bauen, 45, of Byron, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and trespassed from the property.
