NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Champlin at the office of the City Clerk until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at the City Hall located at 11955 Champlin Drive, Champlin, Minnesota 55316 and will be publicly opened and read at said time and place by representatives of the City of Champlin.
Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of Andrews Park Improvements includes; Building and site removals, new and remodeled seasonal use buildings, aquatic play system splash pad, landscaping, irrigation, cast-in–place seat walls, concrete walk, bituminous trail. Typical building construction is masonry and timber frame with a combination of siding and veneer stone finish.
Project includes the following approximate quantities of construction items:
26 X 36 ft Building Addition with restrooms and remodel of existing structure
73 X 41 ft Picnic Shelter with prep area, restrooms
The bids must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications as prepared by Hoisington Koegler Group, Inc. Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., or soon hereafter, the Dayton Planning Commission will hold a meeting in the Dayton City Council chambers located at 12260 S. Diamond Lake Rd., Dayton, MN 55327. The following matter will be discussed:
1. An Ordinance amending Dayton City Code Section 1001.063 Subd, 3 regarding the the Business Park District (B-P).
2. A request by Jerry’s Blacktop at 18291 Territorial Road for an Interim Use Permit (IUP) to sell used cars.
