Monday, Jan. 7

A hit-and-run crash was reported at Holiday store on South Diamond Lake Road. Suspect vehicle left scene and later stopped by Plymouth PD.

Hotel staff found a male passed out in his room at 21800 Industrial Blvd. after repeated unanswered calls into room 113. He was found by officers to be highly intoxicated with a medical condition. He was transported to Maple Grove Hospital.

Chad Michael Hoeschen, 24, was cited for Driving after Suspension after being stopped for squealing tires around corner at County Rd. 81 and Memorial.

Tuesday, Jan. 8

Reporting party had his unlocked car gone through in the underground garage at Preserve at Commerce apartments. Items were taken. No suspect information at this time.

Business at 13830 Northdale Blvd. was reporting the theft of a 2003 Dodge Dakota truck sometime between 12-23-12 and 01-08-13. Stolen motor vehicle report was taken. No suspect information and one of the two sets of keys is missing. Second vehicle reported stolen at business in last two weeks.

Wednesday, Jan. 9

Officers responded to an animal bite on Ferndale Drive. Adult male was bitten by a dog on the arm and stated he would receive medical treatment at the Maple Grove Hospital at his own discretion.

Two vehicle personal injury crash. Both vehicles towed from scene. Driver was checked out by North Memorial paramedics and released without being transported to the hospital. James Thomas Sutton, 27, was issued a citation for failing to stop for the stop sign as he was east on Commerce Boulevard at George Weber Drive.

Thursday, Jan. 10

Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office and Elk River Police were pursuing a vehicle for a traffic violation. Pursuit went through the City. Vehicle was stopped in St. Anthony and three were apprehended.

Shane Robert Strong, 22, and Derek Michael Pringle, 22, were cited for marijuana after a traffic stop at I-94 and Main Street.

Officers responded to a call of a 26 year old female who had a seizure at Walgreens. North Memorial transported female to North Memorial Hospital Robbinsdale.

Friday, Jan. 11

Identity theft being reported by a victim in Rogers, who noticed fraudulent charges/accounts on her credit report. Advised to enact a credit monitoring/alerting service through her bank or another entity.

Vehicle stopped for stop sign violation. Driver admitted to not wearing his seatbelt. Dolf Warren Weir, 52, was cited for stop sign violation, no motor vehicle insurance and expired registration over six months.

Saturday, Jan. 12

Nathan Tawattxay Phrachomphonh, 24, was cited for traffic complaint, misdemeanor warrant for revoked driver’s license.

Monday, Jan. 14

Subject, a former employee, came to the business at 20000 South Diamond Lake Road. to collect on a $60 sweater he had borrowed to an “unknown” current female employee. According to the subject, she had given the sweater to witness #1. Witness #1, a current employee, claimed it was thrown away. Both subject and Witness #1 argued in the parking lot causing a disturbance. All parties were advised on the civil matter and told to remedy loss via court process. Business management was advised on what took place, they declined the offer to trespass the subject. Subject left the property.
