Arrests & Citations

On Friday, Dec. 14, at 1:05 p.m. on the 2700 block of Highway 55, three individuals were arrested for burglary and booked into the Hennepin Adult Detention Center and released pending formal charges. The individuals are Linda Ann Evans, 47, of Buffalo; Walter Everett Dunning, 53, of Monticello; Paul Allan Dale, 22, of Maple Lake.

On Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1:16 a.m. at I-394 and 4th St. in Minneapolis, Danielle Nicole Bernier, 27, of St. Bonifacius was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .10.

On Saturday, Dec. 15, at 3:04 a.m. at 1-394 and Louisiana Av. in Golden Valley, citations for Minor Consumption were given to Trevor Elliot Nelson, 19, of Golden Valley; Lauren Francis Brink, 20, of Minnetonka; Jacob Adam Heinicke, 19, of Crystal.

On Saturday, Dec. 15, at 10:05 a.m. on the 2700 block of Highway 55, Kevin Lee Jenson, 24, of Delano and Valyncia Lynn Manheimer, 27, of St. Cloud were arrested for Burglary, transported to the Hennepin County Detention Center and released pending formal charges.

Theft

On Thursday, Dec. 13, at 2:48 p.m. on the 200 block of Highway 55, it was reported that a license plate had been taken from a vehicle.

On Sunday, Dec. 16, at 12:55 p.m. on the 1300 block of Baker Park Rd., there was a gas drive-off of $25.05.

Other

On Monday, Dec. 10, at 9:50 a.m. on the 3300 block of Elm Creek Dr., a vehicle was opened with no apparent damage.

On Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 5:46 p.m. on the 200 block of Cherry Hill Tr., damage to a fence was reported.

On Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 10:54 p.m. n the 3300 block of Butternut Dr., there was a report of loud music.

On Wednesday, Dec. 12, at 6:55 p.m. on the 1800 block of County Rd. 24, there was a report of a dog being hit by an unknown vehicle. Upon arrival, officer located a dead coyote.

On Thursday, Dec. 13, at 9:45 a.m. on the 300 block of Cheyenne Tr., a resident reported that he believed he was the target of a Craigslist scam.

On Thursday, Dec. 13, at 1:27 p.m. on the 4300 block of County Rd. 116, a resident reported being the victim of a Western Union scam.

On Friday, Dec. 14, at 1:07 a.m. on the 800 block of Meander Rd., an officer located a suspicious occupied vehicle in a business park where everything was closed. The two individuals were requested to move on.

On Saturday, Dec. 15, at 12:22 a.m. at Highway 55 and Pioneer Tr., an officer observed a Scotts Speedy Green 2000 fertilizer broadcaster on the shoulder of Highway 55 east of Pioneer Tr. It will be kept at the police department for safekeeping until claimed.
