Santa Claus was back at it again, making his annual stop at Daytona Park Properties, much to the delight and wonder of dozens of children and their families. He signaled his arrival in grand style, aboard a Dayton Fire Department fire truck. He,
along with his elves and helpers from the Dayton Fire Department, Santa took a spin through the park with all the lights and sirens aglow.
Children lined up in a community room filled with toys, cookies and candy canes as they readied themselves to whisper their Christmas wishes into Santa’s ear.
Mel Hartman’s hand-crafted wooden toys and dolls with handmade knitted and crocheted outfits are a longstanding feature at the visit.
The Dayton Lions helped coordinate the event.
