Three Rivers Park District will operate aeration systems in CLEARY LAKE, MURPHY LAKE, HYLAND LAKE AND LAKE REBECCA beginning after January 9, 2013, which may result in UNSAFE ICE CONDITIONS on portions of the lakes for the duration of the winter. Anyone using the lakes should be aware of the DANGER OF OPEN WATER OR THIN ICE. The aeration system is used to keep fish alive by assuring they receive sufficient oxygen.
Cleary Lake Regional Park is located at 18106 Texas Ave., in Prior Lake. Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve is located at 15501 Murphy Lake Road, in Savage. Hyland Lake Park Reserve is located at 8737 East Bush Lake Road, in Bloomington. Lake Rebecca Park Reserve is located at 9831 County Road 50, in Rockford. The parks are operated by Three Rivers Park District.

Public Notice
The city council of the city of Medina has adopted Ordinance No. 543, an ordinance amending the City Subdivision Ordinance. The amendment adds requirements for expanding infrastructure to serve proposed subdivisions and prohibiting subdivisions which are deemed to be premature because adequate infrastructure is not in place. The amendment also clarifies requirements related to private roads.
The full text of Ordinance No. 543 is available from the city administrator-clerk at Medina city hall during regular business hours.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Rockford Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on January 10, 2013 at approximately 7:02 p.m. at the Rockford City Hall, 6031 Main Street, Rockford, MN to review a possible amendment to the zoning ordinance and consider a conditional use permit application.
• Amend the Zoning Ordinance to make an allowance for accessory solar arrays as a conditional use within certain Zoning Districts.
• Review a conditional use permit application to allow solar arrays at 6800 Electric Drive/PID #113-026-001010.

NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of Kittredge Crossings Townhomes Association, Inc. (henceforth the “Declaration”) recorded in the office of the Recorder for Wright County, Minnesota on December 17, 2004, as Document No. A939635, which covers the following property:
Lot 23, Block 3, Kittredge Crossing 6th Addition, Common Interest Community Number 98, Wright County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of December 6, 2012, from Ashley R. Huseth and Nathaniel B. Vetvick, title holders, to Kittredge Crossings Townhomes Association, Inc., a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the principal amount of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Eight and 89/100 Dollars ($11,848.89) for assessments, late fees and related charges, plus assessments, collection costs, attorneys’ fees and other amounts will be incurred since said date, including costs of collection and foreclosure;
WHEREAS, no action is now pending at law or otherwise to recover said debt or any part thereof;
WHEREAS, Ashley R. Huseth has been discharged from personal responsibility for all amounts due prior to her Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition, filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Minnesota on December 29, 2009, as Petition No. 09-48792.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Declaration and Minn. Stat. §515B.3-116(h), said debt created a lien upon said premises in favor of Kittredge Crossings Townhomes Association, Inc. as evidenced by the lien statement recorded on March 15, 2012, in the office of the Wright County Recorder as Document No. A1197603;
WHEREAS, pursuant to the power of sale granted by the owner(s) in taking title to the premises subject to said Declaration, said lien will be foreclosed by the sale of said property by the sheriff of said county at the Wright County Sheriff’s Department, 3800 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, Minnesota, on January 31, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, to pay the amount then due for said assessments, together with the costs of foreclosure, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by the unit owners, their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of said sale.
