Arrests:

Osseo Police arrested an 18-year-old St. Paul woman on the 400 block of County Road 81 on Dec. 9 for no insurance, expired registration and not having a valid Minnesota driver license. Her vehicle was impounded and she was released with a citation.

Incidents:

A vandalism was reported at a business on the 100 block of County Road 81 on Dec. 1. There are no suspects.

A theft was reported from the Holiday on Central Avenue on Dec. 2.  Three bundles of firewood were taken. The case is currently under investigation.

A theft of an iPad was reported from a business on the 400 block of Third Street S.E. on Dec. 2. The theft was captured on video surveillance. The case has been forwarded to detectives.

A theft from auto was reported on Dec. 3 on the 300 block of First Ave. N.E. The vehicle was left unlocked in the driveway. There are no suspects.

A theft from auto was reported on Dec. 3 on the 200 block of Fifth Ave. S.E. The vehicle was left unlocked in the driveway. There are no suspects.

An assault was reported on Dec. 4 on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. The case has been forwarded to adult protection for review.

A possible violation of a court order was reported on Dec. 6 on the 300 block of Second Street S.E. All parties involved were advised. No charges are pending.

Osseo Police assisted the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Department executing a search warrant on the 100 block of Eighth Ave. N.E. on Dec. 8. There are no Osseo charges pending.

A vandalism was reported on Dec. 7 on the 400 block of Fourth Ave. N.E. There are no suspects.

Osseo Police responded to a business on the 200 block of Central Ave. on Dec. 9 to check the welfare of an individual. The individual was transported to detox in Plymouth.

A dispute between two neighbors was reported to Osseo Police on Dec. 10 on the 600 block of Third Ave. N.W. Osseo Police were able to mediate the situation. There are no charges pending.

A theft of a wallet was reported to Osseo Police on Dec. 11 on the 100 block of Broadway Street W. The suspect was captured on video surveillance. The case has been forwarded to the Hennepin County Detectives.

A theft of a license plate was reported Dec. 12 on the 600 block of Second Ave. N.E. There are no suspects. The plate has been entered into a nationwide database as stolen.

Medicals:

Osseo Police responded to a 37-year-old female having a possible heart attack on the 200 block of Fourth Ave. S.E. on Nov. 30. The patient was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 12-year-old with a possible head injury after a fall during wrestling practice on Nov. 30 at the Osseo High School. The student was transported to the hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 62-year-old female that fell on Dec. 1 on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. She was transported to Methodist Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 59-year-old male having difficulty breathing on the 200 block of Second Ave. S.E. on Dec. 1. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Maple Grove by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 77-year-old female having difficulty breathing on the 500 block of Second Street S.E. on Dec. 2. She was transported to Mercy Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to an 80-year-old unconscious female on the 50 block of Sixth Street N.E. on Dec. 4. The patient was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 50-year-old male having a possible heart attack on the 600 block of North Oaks Drive on Dec. 6. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital by North Ambulance.

Osseo Police responded to a 74-year-old male having trouble breathing on Dec. 10 on the 200 block of Fourth Street N.E. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Maple Grove by North Ambulance.

Accidents:

Osseo Police responded to a property damage hit and run accident on the 100 block of Central Ave. on Nov. 30. Police were able to locate the driver of the vehicle that fled into Maple Grove. A state accident report was taken and the case has been presented to the City Attorney for possible criminal charges.

A two-car property damage occurred on the Dec. 7 on the 200 block of Central Ave. A state accident report was taken. The driver of the striking vehicle was issued a citation for failure to yield.

Osseo Police responded to a two-car property damage accident at County Road 81 at Central Avenue on Dec. 12. A state accident report was taken. The driver of the striking vehicle was cited for running the red light.
