The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of Dec. 3:
Michael Robert Maanum, 26, of ROCKFORD was sentenced Nov. 30 for felony criminal vehicular homicide to a stay of execution for ten years on conditions of probation, serve 365 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, complete a Level II chemical awareness program, obtain permission before leaving the state, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, participate in awareness panel by speaking every September and November while on probation, participate in victim/offender dialogue program, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.
Bradley John Thingvold, 37, of GREENFIELD was sentenced Nov. 29 for misdemeanor fleeing a peace officer to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 86 days stayed for one year on conditions of probation, serve four days jail, pay $100 fine plus law library fee, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.
