Snow brings holiday excitement, Santa to Osseo
- Event-goers stay warm by the large bonfire along Fifth Street next to the park. A decorated Osseo Fire truck joins the festivities.
- The Holiday Tree is lit in Boerboom Veteran Memorial Park on Dec. 7.
- A parade area fire trucks and emergency vehicles take part in the Osseo Minidazzle Parade along Central Avenue.
- The Osseo-Maple Grove American Legion Color Guard presents the colors at the beginning of the parade.
- Santa arrives in Osseo on top of a fire truck to a crowd of eager kids.
- Members of the Osseo Senior High School Motet Choir perform for the crowd. The choir will also have a caroling/winter concert Thursday, Dec. 20.
- The snow started coming down in Osseo just before the parade and other events began, setting the stage for the holiday event.

The fourth annual Minidazzle Parade and Holiday Tree Lighting event took place Dec. 7 in Osseo. The festivities included a parade of decorated fire trucks and emergency vehicles, as well as Santa riding atop an Osseo Fire Truck. Kids also got to sit with Santa in Boerboom Park.
