TOPS crowned queen

The Osseo TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter 971 meets every Wednesday from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. in the community room at Osseo City Hall, 415 Central Ave. in Osseo. Weigh-in from 5:45 to 6:25 p.m. and the meeting is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $28 annually to TOPS National Organization and $1 per week to TOPS 971 – Osseo.
