Adult Recreation /Fitness Classes: Zumba — Are you ready to party yourself in to shape? Zumba is the latest fitness craze that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create an exciting aerobic workout. No dance experience required. Participants can burn 500-plus calories in this hour-long class. Come prepared to dance. Wednesdays, Dec. 12 to Jan. 30, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Adult Basic Ed /GED — Is it time to realize your dream and get your GED? Do you have a H.S. Diploma but need to brush up on some rusty skills in reading, math or writing for your job or to get ready for post-secondary education? GED Preparation/Basic Skills classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 9 p.m. throughout the school year. The class meets in Room 102 in the Community Education Center (140 Elm Av, Delano). Youth Enrichment  Creative Art with Artist Jill Woodward for grades K to 4 —Join popular Tuesday art classes with Jill Woodward. Sculpy Projects. The holidays are almost here. Use Sculpy (oven-baked clay) to make small projects to keep or give as gifts. Projects could include jewelry, magnets, frames, or ornaments. Class meets Tuesdays Dec 4, and 11, 2:50 to 4 p.m.  There is limited space for this class.

Kids in the Kitchen for grades 5 and 6 — Join for a fantastic cooking session.  Each student will get to create his or her own homemade treat to eat during class or take home. Individual sessions: Monday, Dec. 10, 3 to 4:30 p.m.
