Sealed bids will be received by the City of Maple Grove, Minnesota, in the City Hall at 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway until 3:00 p.m. on January 9, 2013, at which place and time they will be publicly opened by two or more persons who have been designated by the City to open bids. Bids are for the furnishing of labor and materials and all else necessary for improvements, consisting primarily of the following estimated quantities:
For the complete construction of several emergency generators within the City of Maple Grove, Minnesota.
The emergency generators shall be located at the Government Center, Public Works Building, Water Treatment Plant, several water supply wells, and a sewer lift station.
Plans and specifications, proposal forms and contract documents may be seen at the office of the City Clerk, Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder’s bond naming the City of Maple Grove as obligee, certified check payable to the Clerk of the City of Maple Grove or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract.
The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
Payment for the work will be by cash or check.
Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract documents prepared by TKDA.
Bid forms and Contract Documents may be seen at TKDA or at the City Clerk, Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Maple Grove will hold a public hearing at the Maple Grove Government Center at 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 26, 2012, to consider among other items a request for approval for a PUD Concept Amendment the purpose of amending the previous concept plan submitted for Wedgwood Commerce Center 13rd Addition to provide flexibility required to develop amenities that will support the current office and industrial buildings in Wedgwood Commerce Centre and Development Stage Plan and Final Plat (Wedgwood Commerce Centre 19th Addition) for the purpose of constructing a 5,317 s.f.
