Election Day 2012 arrives
Voters flock to the polls Tuesday morning, Nov. 6 deciding the fate of numerous offices including Champlin Mayor, state and U.S. representatives and senators and U.S. President. These voters from Ward 2 in Champlin waited in a line that filled the Champlin Ice Forum’s entryway early Tuesday morning. While official voter turnout numbers for the are have not yet been reported, the longer than typical lines suggest high turnout.
