Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., at the Rogers Community Room, located at 21201 Memorial Drive, to consider the following request by Jason Hines:

WRIGHT COUNTY AND HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hanover City Council will meet on Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as time permits, at Hanover City Hall, 11250 5th St. NE, for a public hearing to consider vacation of certain drainage and utility easements on lots legally described as Lot 1 and Lot 4, Block 1, Crow River Heights West, Hanover MN; Street Address is 9856 and 9872 Jasmine Ave NE. The applicant is proposing to combine the two lots, thereby eliminating the need for interior lot line drainage and utility easements. (Applicant: Richard and Shirley A. Hawkes, 2640 Setter Circle, Mound, MN 55364).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Michael City Council will meet on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as time permits, at St. Michael City Hall, 11800 Town Center Drive NE, for a public hearing to consider vacation of certain drainage and utility easements on lots legally described as Lots 11-15, The Preserve East Ninth Addition. The applicant is proposing to adjust the interior lot lines and establish easements along the new lot lines. (Applicant/Owner: Hans Hagen Homes, 941 NE Hillwind Road, Suite 300, Fridley, MN 55432).
