Corcoran Police reported a DAS arrest Thursday, Oct, 25 at 6:45 a.m. at County Rd. 10 and Larkin Rd. Arrested was Mark Peter Gendreau, 44, of Buffalo for driving after suspension of his driver’s license.
The department reported a property damage incident Monday, Oct, 22 at 6:31 p.m. in the area of 197XX Country Rd. The reporting party stated someone had driven through the property and hit a tree. No damage was done; the reporting party wanted the incident reported.
The department reported a property damage auto crash Sunday, Oct, 28 at 1:08 a.m. in the area of County Rd. 19 and Meadow Creek Dr. The vehicle was southbound on County Rd. 19 when the driver stated they fell asleep, ran off the roadway towards the left, into the ditch and hit a field approach. No injuries were reported.
Theft of parts was reported Saturday, Oct, 27 at 9:49 p.m. in the 229XX block of County Rd. 50. The reporting party advised the T-tops from a 1982 Corvette that was being stored on their property were missing. The report has been forwarded to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Department for further investigation.
The department responded to a report of a burglary on Monday, Oct, 22 at 4:02 p.m. in the 206XX block of Rush Meadow Lane. The reporting party advised the house next door appeared to have a window pried open. Officers checked the house and found nothing unusual. The Officers secured the residence.
The department responded to a report of a drunk person on Tuesday, Oct, 23 at 1:14 p.m. in the 78XX block of Maple Hill Rd. The reporting party advised there was a male speeding through the trailer park pointing and screaming at people. A neighbor stated they had smelled alcohol on the driver. The driver left the park. Officers attempted to locate the vehicle and were unable to.
The department responded to a report of suspicious activity on Tuesday, Oct, 23 at 7:56 p.m. in the 76XX block of Commerce St. The Officer observed a vehicle pull in behind the building and shut off their lights. The Officer spoke with the person and found they pick up broken pallets from behind the business.
The department responded to a report of suspicious activity on Wednesday, Oct, 24 at 2:44 a.m. in the 75XX block of Commerce St. Officers on routine patrol observed cleaners were at the business. This is an unusual time for them to be cleaning. All was fine.
The department responded to a report of a civil issue on Wednesday, Oct, 24 at 8:26 p.m. in the 202XX block of Hackamore Rd. The reporting party advised their ex is not allowing them to pick up their son. The ex was unwilling to give up the child. The Officers advised the reporting party to go to court to get custody/visitation established with the courts.
The department responded to a report of a domestic on Wednesday, Oct, 24 at 9:57 p.m. in the 236XX block of Strehler Rd. The reporting party advised there was a verbal domestic going on. The reporting party advised they stopped by with a birthday cake for their “good friend” and the male got upset, pushed the reporting party out of the house and started yelling at a female. The parties were separated.
The department responded to a report of a civil issue on Friday, Oct, 26 at 9:13 p.m. in the 202XX block of Hackamore Rd. The reporting party wanted Officers to assist in serving their ex custody paperwork. Custody of the minor child was transferred to the reporting party.
