The following represents some but not nearly all of the calls serviced by Rogers Police for the week of Oct. 15 through 21.

Monday, Oct. 15

A burglary was reported at the 26200 block of Autumn Way. Homeowner reported his 12-guage shotgun was missing.

Wendy Lynn Leffler, 25, was cited for driving with suspended license.

Officers were dispatched to an intoxicated male who knocked on the reporting party’s door on Hill Place Drive and asked where he was. Officers responded to the area and attempted to locate the male. The male was later found running through traffic on northbound 101 and 147th Avenue. The male was highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. North Memorial arrived on scene and the male was transported to Princeton Hospital for a welfare hold.

Tuesday, Oct. 16

Complainants reporting their check card was used at the Roger’s Walgreens to make an unauthorized purchase. The complainants report that since July 27 there have been approximately $17,000 in fraudulent charges, several of which have occurred in Rogers.

Sheryl Lynn Boyd, 49, was arrested for domestic assault at the 20400 block of Territorial Road.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

Phillip Robert Owens, 20, was cited for driving after suspension at 21300 block of John Milless Dr.

Theft from auto of a laptop computer was reported at 7:10 p.m. in front of Davanni’s Restaurant on James Road.

Officers were dispatched to Kohl’s department store for a shoplifter in custody. While en route to Kohl’s, officers were updated that the suspect fled on foot northbound from Kohl’s. Officers were able to place the suspect under arrest near 21st Century Bank. The suspect, Scott Anthony Daniel, 26, was cited for theft. The suspect’s girlfriend, Kristina Marie Wellner, 26, was arrested for presenting a false name to an officer, using a real Minnesota Driver’s License.

Thursday, Oct. 18.

Rogers Police and Fire responded to Archway Marketing Services for a report of a 3- year-old man pinned between a forklift and shelving units in a warehouse. The man was an employee and was operating the forklift when the incident happened. The man was conscious and breathing but sustained a back injury. Rescue personnel assisted with cutting away segments of the metal shelving to free the pinned man and place him on a backboard. He was transported to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale by North ambulance for treatment.

Stephanie Rachelle Gregor, 26, was cited for suspended license at 147th Avenue and Main Street.

Thursday, Oct. 18

Jason Lee Stushek, 23, and Jason Edward Stushek, 43, were arrested for possession of stolen property at 20800 Rogers Dr.

Chase Marvin Carlson, 18, was arrested for stolen property, shoplifting, from Cabela’s.

A business at 19700 block of South Diamond Lake Rd. reported a theft of utility trailer.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Theft of $73 worth of gas was stolen, no pay, at 21400 block of South Diamond Lake Road.

Taryn Marie Courrier, 22, was cited for no driver’s license in possession at South Diamond Lake Road and Rogers Drive.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Jeremy Michael Kahl, 22, was arrested for felony warrant order for protection violation at 15961 Shadyview Lane, Dayton (assisting Dayton Police).

Landowner at Valley Drive requested assistance with a hunter who was trespassing on his property and did not have permission. Contact was made with the hunter and was advised of the situation. DNR Officer arrived on scene and assisted with investigation. Hunter was trespassed from the property and charges are pend upon further investigation by DNR Officer. Case forwarded to the DNR.

Monday, Oct. 22

Burglary of occupied dwelling reported at 14000 block of Jodis Dr. Suspects seen and spoken to. Suspect vehicle had window smashed out by victim. No ID of suspects other than late 20’s wearing stocking cap, white males, driving newer White 4-door car. Stereo receiver and DVD/CD player taken totalling $200, and 1 white Swan outdoor security camera taken from outside valued at $50.
