LETTER: Uglem has history of working with people
To the Editor:
I watch a lot of Champlin City Council meetings and I am constantly amazed how Mark Uglem runs meetings. I have never seen a meeting with heated arguments and raised voices that have become common in other cities.
Mark has demonstrated over the years a unique ability to bring people together and find unique solutions to difficult problems. He has guided us through some difficult and challenging times. Uglem runst he meetings in a businesslike manner and exhibits a high degree of bi-partisanship. We need someone like him to represent us in the Dist. 36A House of Representatives job.
