The following is a list of some of the sentencing by the Wright County Court for the week of Sept. 24:

Matthew Wayne Gilbert, 35, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced Sept. 25 for felony predatory offender-knowingly violate registration requirements to a stay of execution for up to five years on conditions of probation, serve 150 days jail, register as a sex offender, obtain permission before leaving the state, provide DNA sample, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Sokolowski.

Carrie Jo Hunter, 56, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced Sept. 24 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 362 days, $2,600 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve three days jail, pay $400 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, provide proof of aftercare treatment, have no use or possession of alcohol, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Halsey.

Thomas Valentine Kilian, 23, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced Sept. 24 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $1,000 fine; 361 days, $700 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve four days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 26 days electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.

McKay Bent Mortenson, 34, of ALBERTVILLE was sentenced Sept. 24 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 360 days, $2,700 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve five days jail, pay $300 fine plus surcharges, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.

Brittany Ruth Rogers, 24, of ROCKFORD was sentenced Sept. 25 for probation violations for gross misdemeanor neglect of a child to credit for five days jail. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Neil Albert, Solberg, 48, of ST. MICHAEL was sentenced Sept. 25 for misdemeanor domestic assault to 90 days jail, $100 fine; 87 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve three days jail, pay $100 fine plus surcharges, remain medically compliant, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, undergo counseling and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, abide by any outstanding order for protection/harassment order, undergo chemical dependency treatment and follow all recommendations, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Davis.

Michael John Zabel, 49, of DELANO was sentenced Sept. 21 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,500 stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $500 fine plus surcharges, complete a Level II driving program and follow all recommendations, attend awareness panel for impaired drivers, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, attend a support group, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
