NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 2, 20102, at 7:00 PM in the council chambers at city hall, 2052 County Road 24, Medina, MN 55340. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the vacation of the public right-of-way of Navajo Road East within the plat of The Enclave at Medina and a cartway easement in the property being platted as The Enclave at Brockton. All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
